Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 24hours and picked-up for delivery. You should expect your orders within 3 - 5 working days from the time you have placed your order.
Exchange
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will be happy to exchange it for you at no additional cost.
In the event that the product you would like to have is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a clear photograph of the item in question and the area of fault/damage. We will then process your exchange and provide instructions for returning the faulty or damaged item.
