Delivery, Exchange and Return

Delivery

UAE:
Each delivery is AED15 for standard delivery (3-4 working days), or AED23 for express delivery (1-2 working days). 

KSA:
Delivery fees are AED45. Your government custom charges are not included and will be collected upon the delivery of your item.
You should expect your orders within 4-5 working days from the time you receive a dispatch notification. 

Qatar:
Delivery fees are AED65. Your government custom charges are not included and will be collected upon the delivery of your item.
You should expect your orders within 4-5 working days from the time you receive a dispatch notification. 

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 24hours. Our delivery service is closed on Sunday, therefore, all orders after 12pm on a Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. 


Exchange/Return

Exchange are processed as a return. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@bumbabae.com. Include your order number and the items you would like to return in your email. 

If your return is accepted, we will arrange for pick up of the item(s), and refunds will be issued once we receive the items. See Refund policy below.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded. Any returned items that are observed to be worn, washed, without tag and/or not in their original condition will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to have to sent back.

Refunds
Once the return is deemed eligible, we will process a full credit refund of the total cost of the items you purchased, into your Bumbabae account or as a gift card that is valid for use for 365 days. You can then use the credit to purchase any other products from our store. Cash/Direct refunds are available upon specific request, but will incur a 5% processing fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping/courier fees will not be eligible for refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchange and Refund is not applicable for products bought on discount / on sale. This includes items from our REBORN series.
