Delivery, Exchange and Return
Our products reach across the UAE. Each delivery is AED20.
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 24hours. You should expect your orders within 48 hours from the time you receive a dispatch notification. Our delivery service is closed on Sunday, therefore, all orders after 5pm on a Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.
If we have not delivered your order within 5 working days, you are entitled to a full refund if the order has not been dispatched.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@bumbabae.com. Include your order number and the items you would like to return in your email.
If your return is accepted, we will arrange for pick up of the item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded. Any returned items that are observed to be worn, washed, without tag and/or not in their original condition will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to keep it.
Returned items will be eligible for refunds according to our policies.

Once the return is deemed eligible, we will process a full credit refund of the total cost of the items you purchased, into your Bumbabae account or as a gift card that is valid for use for 365 days. You can then use the credit to purchase any other products from our store. Cash/Direct refunds are available upon specific request, but will incur a 5% processing fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping/courier fees will not be eligible for refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchange and Refund is not applicable for products bought on discount / on sale.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to arrange for a return of the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the credit amount provided.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a clear photograph of the item in question and the area of fault/damage. We will then process your return and provide instructions for returning the item.
However, if you simply change your mind about your purchase and wish to return it, we will charge a return shipping fee of AED27. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and unused in order to be eligible for return.
